• Linked to active prevention of any efforts, either from within or from outside the country, aimed at trying to create division within Iraq.

• Linked to the disbanding of all militias and in this connection linked with the reconstruction of the army, the police and other security services in accordance with the requirements of a modern state.
   
• Linked to the recognition and observance of international human rights conventions in order to combat human rights violations.
   
• Linked to the condemnation of all forms of terrorism and acts of violence against the Iraqi civilian population.

• Linked to Iraqi national wealth being used only for the benefit of the Iraqi people and for the development of the Iraqi national economy.
   
• Linked to the development and implementation of a diversified market economy, supported in particular by the following sectors:

Construction and Housing 
Having a place to live is a basic human need. Good standards of living and orderly, functioning towns and cities are of crucial importance for the quality of life of the Iraqi people. They also contribute significantly to the creation of a good social climate in Iraq. To bring an end to the housing shortage in Iraq, the provision of investment capital and in particular of all the needed building materials is absolutely essential.
