Peace and Security
The assumption of a prominent and active role for Iraq in the restoration and maintenance of peace in the region through:
- Resolving of all conflicts by peaceful means.
- Providing support for all peace and actions.
- Recognising the competence of the Arab League to act as moderator, mediator and resolver of conflicts within the countries of the Arab world.
- Recognising the Arab League's competence in all conflict situations between the countries of the Arab world and non-Arab countries.
